Billing is calculated as total GyanDhan commission from your referred students — education loans disbursed and admissions fees processed. Both services count equally.
Quarterly cashback schedule
Cashback is paid quarterly — not at year end. Each quarter is assessed independently. Refunds are processed within 15 business days of quarter close.

How it works
Annual fee
₹20,000 per year, payable upfront. Covers up to 2,000 active students and 20 counsellors. Includes all current modules — calling queue, student pipeline, document storage, commission tracker, and director analytics.
What counts as billing
Any commission earned by GyanDhan from your referred students — education loan disbursements and admissions fees processed through GyanDhan's platform. Both count equally toward your cashback threshold.
Cashback calculation
For every ₹5L in commission billed by GyanDhan from your referrals in a quarter, you receive ₹5,000 cashback. Maximum cashback per year is ₹20,000 — equal to the full annual fee.
Quarterly payout
Cashback is calculated at the close of each quarter (March, June, September, December) and refunded directly to your bank account within 15 business days. No credits, no adjustments — direct refund.
Quarter independence
Each quarter is calculated independently on its own billing. A strong quarter does not offset a weak one.
Free tier
Partners who generate ₹20L+ in annual GyanDhan billing receive the full ₹20,000 back as cashback over the year. Setulin is effectively free for high-performing partners.
Illustrative example
A firm billing ₹22L with GyanDhan over the year earns ₹15,000 in cashback — net cost of just ₹5,000.
